The problem
Tehran metro riders need fast offline route planning and clear in-station guidance — often with no reliable network underground.
The challenge
Design and ship the entire app solo: bundled station data, routing, schematic maps, RTL UI, GPS journey tracking, and gamification.

Layered architecture with protocol-based DI, Dijkstra routing over 150 stations, Canvas map rendering, and XCTest coverage across domain and UI layers.
The solution
A fully offline native iOS app with step-by-step journey mode, achievement tracking, and Persian-first design.
